We offer a service that reflects a belief that the key to success is being equipped with the right ‘life tools’. Therefore, all our programmes aim to promote both the independence and employability of the individuals who attend. At UCAN we aim to provide a contextualised learning environment with work experience opportunities both with local employers but importantly in our own enterprise initiatives and, where possible, successful participants will gain employment within these. Therefore, we also aim to provide real outcomes for people by giving them the chance to participate in experiences that have previously been inaccessible to them.
