About the event
What is CMT for Parents/Carers?
Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) will help you develop the skills needed to manage and reduce stress, increase positive feelings and help you learn positive ways to talk to yourself and others.
Who is CMT for Parents/Carers for?
We are inviting parents/carers of young people with a suspected or confirmed neurodevelopmental difference such as Autism, Learning Disability, or ADHD, to join this group. We know that, as well as being very rewarding, being a parent/carer of a young person with additional support needs can be challenging and stressful.
CMT for parents/carers aims to provide you with the time and space to recognise this and develop the skills to help manage this in a safe and supportive environment.
