This workshop aims to provide parents/carers with helpful information on supporting children/young people with a Learning (Intellectual) Disability.

The workshop will aim to:

· Provide an overview of what a Learning Disability is and how we assess and define it.

· Explore the associated physical and mental health impact on those with a Learning Disability.

· To explore the communication and sensory processing needs for individuals with a Learning Disability.
