Who are we?

We are the Ayrshire Adult ADHD Peer Support Network (AAAPSN), a peer-led, volunteer-coordinated community group for adults with ADHD.

We’re built around lived experience, creating a welcoming, non-judgemental space where people can feel understood, supported, and less alone.

What do we do?

We run regular peer support meet-ups where members can share experiences, swap practical strategies, and get encouragement from others who “get it.” We aim to provide a safe space, both online and in person, for sharing experiences and fostering understanding among members.

We provide signposting to trustworthy information, local services, and community resources that may help people navigate assessment, workplace/education support, and daily life with ADHD.

We aim to reduce isolation, build confidence, and help members develop tools and connections that make day-to-day life more manageable.
