Caring for someone you love can be meaningful, rewarding and sometimes overwhelming - especially when youāre a neurodivergent young person balancing school, friendships and everyday life.
To make things a little easier, East Ayrshire Carers CentreĀ is now offering new support groups and servicesĀ for Young Carers with Additional Support Needs (ASN). These groups are designed to help young people feel supported, understood and connected.
š¤ Whole Family Support
Every family is unique. These sessions are here to help families create routines, communicate better and build on their strengths.
Support may include:
Listening to what matters to your family
Helping identify whatās working well
Offering simple strategies for daily challenges
Creating space to learn, grow and feel supported together
