🤝 Who is this workshop for?

This session is for anyone looking for practical ways to navigate work while being neurodivergent.


You might:

  • Be experiencing everyday challenges at work

  • Be finding it difficult to get or keep a job

  • Want to feel more confident discussing your needs

  • Be exploring neurodivergence, with or without a diagnosis. There’s no expectation to have formal identification of a neurodevelopmental difference.

đź’ˇ What will you learn?

This workshop is designed to be practical, supportive, and empowering. The outcomes for this workshop are to:

  • Understanding your strengths

  • Your rights under section 6 of the Equality Act 2010

  • Practical strategies for supporting neurodivergence in the workplace

  • Some tools which can be used to initiate a conversation with your employer
