🤝 Who is this workshop for?
This session is for anyone looking for practical ways to navigate work while being neurodivergent.
You might:
Be experiencing everyday challenges at work
Be finding it difficult to get or keep a job
Want to feel more confident discussing your needs
Be exploring neurodivergence, with or without a diagnosis. There’s no expectation to have formal identification of a neurodevelopmental difference.

This workshop is designed to be practical, supportive, and empowering. The outcomes for this workshop are to:
Understanding your strengths
Your rights under section 6 of the Equality Act 2010
Practical strategies for supporting neurodivergence in the workplace
Some tools which can be used to initiate a conversation with your employer

Attending this workshop could be part of a reasonable adjustment request under the Equality Act 2010.
