Neurodiversity Celebration Week invites us to pause and recognise the many strengths that neurodivergent people bring to our families, workplaces, communities and the wider world.
While society often focuses on challenges, the truth is that neurodivergent minds offer perspectives, skills and ways of thinking that enrich life in countless ways.
To celebrate these strengths, each member of the NEST team has chosen one positive they see in neurodivergent people - qualities we witness every day in the individuals, families and professionals we support.
Together, these eight strengths show just how powerful, creative and impactful neurodivergent minds can be. 💚💙💜

Why These Strengths Matter 💜
These eight strengths are only a small snapshot of the incredible qualities neurodivergent people bring to our communities.
Neurodivergence is not something to hide or overcome - it’s something to recognise, understand and celebrate.
By honouring these strengths, we help create a world where difference is valued, not judged… and where every person feels empowered to be exactly who they are.
Happy Neurodiversity Celebration Week!
