At NEST, we’re passionate about providing support, guidance, and empowerment through our free workshops - whether you’re a parent, carer, or professional working with neurodivergent children and young people.
We’re often asked, “How do I find out when your next workshop is running?”
Here’s everything you need to know to stay in the loop:
🌐 1. Check Our Website First
Our website is the first place we update when new workshops are available.
You’ll find all the key details there - including dates, topics, booking links, and any notes about who the session is best suited for.
We recommend bookmarking the page so you can check back regularly!
📬 2. Sign Up to Our Mailing List
Want updates sent straight to you?
Join our mailing list via the website to receive notifications about new workshops directly in your inbox.
This is one of the easiest ways to stay informed without having to go looking.

📱 3. Follow Us on Social Media
We also share workshop reminders on Facebook and Instagram - but only closer to the date, and only if there are still spaces available.
While social media is a great place to hear about what’s going on, it’s not always the first place we post, so it’s best used as a backup.
📅 We Don’t Run Workshops in July
To give families space over the summer, we pause our workshops in July.
We know the school holidays can be a busy time for many, so we use that month to recharge, reflect, and plan ahead.
✅ Final Tip
Workshops can fill up quickly, so we always recommend checking the website and signing up for the mailing list to avoid missing out.
If you’ve got a topic you’d love us to cover in a future workshop — or a question for our next FAQ — we’d love to hear from you!
