Meet Alison Clark – Championing Inclusion in North Ayrshire! ✨

Updated: 6 days ago

Hi, I’m Alison! 👋

I’m proud to be the North Ayrshire Project Co‑Ordinator for the Neurodevelopmental Empowerment Strategy team (NEST).

My role is focused on supporting neurodivergent children, young people and families across Ayrshire, and helping to make sure they can access the right information, guidance and support when they need it.

I joined NEST in December 2023, bringing with me 29 years of experience in community and social work.

Why Inclusion Matters to Me 🙂

Through my work over the years, I’ve seen first‑hand the challenges that neurodivergent children and families can face.

That’s why I’m passionate about raising awareness, offering clear and supportive guidance, and helping to ensure families receive the support they truly deserve.

Being part of NEST allows me to contribute to making a positive, meaningful difference in the lives of neurodivergent individuals and their families across Ayrshire.

What Makes Me Shine 🌟

✅ An attentive and thoughtful approach

✅ A positive, uplifting presence

✅ A strong commitment to supporting families

Whether I’m listening to families, sharing information or working alongside partners, I always aim to bring care, understanding and encouragement into every interaction.
