We’re thrilled to introduce Clare Kennedy, our South Ayrshire Project Co-Ordinator here at NEST!
Clare joined the team in December 2023, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the third sector and a deep-rooted passion for autism awareness and inclusion.
Her journey has been shaped by a commitment to celebrating individual strengths, fostering understanding, and creating spaces where neurodivergent voices are heard and valued.
🦒☕ A Bit About Clare: Clare’s approach is grounded in empathy, insight, and a genuine love for connecting with people.
Whether she’s leading community conversations, supporting families, or advocating for inclusive practices, Clare brings warmth, wisdom, and a touch of giraffe-themed joy to everything she does.
Since joining NEST, she’s been instrumental in driving forward our mission in South Ayrshire — helping to build a community where differences are not just accepted, but celebrated.
💬 Why It Matters: At NEST, we believe that inclusion starts with understanding. Clare’s work helps ensure that neurodivergent individuals and their families feel seen, supported, and empowered — not just in services, but in everyday life.
We’re so lucky to have her on the team, and we can’t wait for you to get to know her better!
