A Free Pre-Recorded Workshop
Change is a part of life, but that doesn’t make it easy. Whether it’s moving schools, family changes, shifting routines, or transitions at work, change can be especially overwhelming for neurodivergent individuals.
At NEST, we know how tough it can be to support someone through uncertainty, especially when that change brings anxiety, shutdowns, or increased stress.
That’s why we’ve created a free, pre-recorded workshop all about Coping With Change, so you can watch anytime, in your own space, and take things at your own pace.
What does this workshop cover? 💬
This session explores:
Why change can feel particularly difficult for neurodivergent people
How executive functioning, anxiety, and sensory needs play a part
Practical tools and strategies for preparing for and navigating change
Ideas to make transitions feel more predictable, manageable, and safe
How to support emotional regulation during periods of uncertainty
Whether you're a parent, carer, teacher, or professional, this workshop is designed to offer compassionate, practical advice to support both children and adults through life’s ups and downs.
Who is it for? 🧠
This workshop is ideal for:
Parents and carers supporting neurodivergent children or teens
Professionals working with individuals going through transitions
Anyone who wants to better understand the emotional impact of change
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this session, just a desire to learn and support.
